Scenes from News 12 NJ

My TV News debut!

This past weekend News 12 NJ aired an episode of 12 To Your Health where I spoke to host Janine Stafaci to spread awareness about Juvenile Arthritis and educate families and children about the disease. Joining me was Dr. Nandini Moorthy, a Pediatric Rheumatologist at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson, Here are some of the photo highlights.

Stay tuned for the video!

  1. Hey Kelly! I just wanted to stop by and thank you for being on my show tonight. You were fantastic (all three of you were) and you are a definite inspiration! I also want to say thanks for donating your hair to locks of love (a cause close to my heart). As I said on the show tonight, I have leukemia and I am in the midst of my 5th round of chemo in 10 years. I just shaved my head today, after having my hair grow back to halfway down my back. I saved it to give to locks of love. It's a very worthy cause and it's nice knowing that out of MY suffering a child can have a beautiful wig!

You are welcome on my show ANYTIME. Just give me the word! I will also add you to my website links and the links on my show page. I will also bookmark this blog to keep reading. Thank you again!
